Filo prawns with a sweet chili sauce.

Tomato, mozzarella and basil.

Spinach roulade filled with cream cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Filo baskets filled with hollandaise, parma ham and asparagus.

King size prawns marinated in garlic and lemon and wrapped around mange tout.

Hog roast, garnished with candied red apple and rosemary
