Below are some sample menus to give you an idea of what we can offer. They are only samples – if you choose Perks to cater for your special event, we will discuss requirements with you in detail and design a customised menu just for you. The menu prices range from £5 to £30 a head, depending on your requirements
Canapés on arrival .
Salmon blinis.
Honey sausages with seeded mustard dip.
Pastry cases filled with home made hollandaise and scallops.
Wraps filled with duck, mushrooms and beansprouts.
Tomato, mozzarella and basil on sticks.
Pancetta wrapped around asparagus.
Chicken tikka with yogurt and mint dip.
Sesame prawn toasts.
Before the starter, whilst listening to speeches, there will be olive bread served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dip.
Starter. Butternut squash with coconut soup. Served with olive and sun dried tomato bread.
After the starter a Gin and Tonic sorbet will be served.
Main Course. Fillet of beef cooked in brandy and butter.
Potatoes Dauphinois.
Harricot beans.
Carrots with parsley and butter.
Vegetarian nut roast with aubergine layers.
Yorkshire puddings.
Home made gravy.
Horseradish sauce and English mustard.
Puddings Strawberries and cream
Bowls of meringues.
Raspberry couli.
Whipped cream and pouring cream.
A selection of cheeses with red and white grapes. (Somerset brie and Cornish yarg)
Coffee and tea, milk and sugar.
Home made Florentines and short bread.
